Without Words (WOW)

The course will offer remedies and solutions through the implementation of movement and mindfulness. The course will provide interactive activities that will allow participants the space and opportunity to release stress through guided movement and expression. This course is interactive and is sure to allow room for the participant(s) to move and release any unwanted energy that has been stored within the mind and body.
