DESCRIPTION:The goal of this class is to create the foundation for a safe\, healing\,\nand supportive atmosphere where peers can be vulnerable and feel\ncomfortable sharing\, creating\, connecting\, and expressing\nthemselves through different modes of self- expression in every\nclass (creative writing\, art therapy\, open mic\, movement\, etc.) The\nobjective of this class is to encourage open discussions\, promote\nself-exploration\, and to foster growth- so that peers can further their\nself-awareness and gain deeper insights into their emotional\nlandscape with each Expression Connection class.
