Open Positions

Promise Resource Network is seeking a qualified applicant to work in our Recovery Court Program. The applicant must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist with criminal justice system history. Since the person filling this position will also work in our Recovery Hub, this applicant must have experience working with widely diverse populations in recovery.

HUB Outreach Liaison will support and assist individuals who are experiencing high vulnerability in social determinants of health/wellness/recovery associated with experiencing homelessness such as financial, emotional /mental health, vocational, medical, housing, food insecurity, addictions, or other ways in which they may be impacted and marginalized. HUB Outreach Liaison will support participants served in Shelter Plus Care, increasing, and restoring their ability to live successfully in the community by maintaining tenancy. By doing so, the individuals will increase the ability to live as independently as possible, managing MH/SA related illnesses and reestablishing his or her roles related around the 8 Dimensions to include: Occupational, Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Financial, Physical, Intellectual, and Environmental. HUB Outreach Liaison will also be available to support case loads in other programs including Recovery Courts and Shelter Initiatives.
