Learn how to navigate difficult and strong emotions like anger, fear, and anxiety without shame or stigma. This class focuses on coping skills to help us understand our emotions and use their power in our wellness journeys. |

Start your day with intention and calm. Our 15-minute Morning Meditation session offers a peaceful space to center yourself, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness. Led by staff and peers, we set the tone for the Hub, together. Overcoming with Ashley is a healing-centered recovery class that offers a safe space to explore life's challenges and build resilience. Through open dialogue, reflection, and peer support, Ashley guides participants on a journey of overcoming adversity, embracing growth, and reclaiming personal power.

Town Hall is an open-forum discussion where we will discuss and receive feedback, ideas, and suggestions on what we do at PRN. We will have an agenda and go over topics that address the present and future of PRN's culture and direction. SMART Recovery is a science-based recovery group that empowers individuals to overcome addictive behaviors through self-directed change. Using tools grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, participants build motivation, manage urges, develop healthy coping strategies, and create balanced lives—one SMART step at a time. Journaling with and without prompts, time to reflect on what’s going on, time will be given for sharing and discussion if desired. |

Whether your dreams are quiet or bold, new or rediscovered, this class helps you reconnect with your inner compass through vision boards, guided reflection, and group support. Your journey, your recovery, your growth. Recovery 101 is a foundational group designed to explore the essentials of healing from substance use and mental health challenges. Each class highlights a different recovery related theme and will help participants learn more about recovery and what it means to them individually. A time for women to come together with their group and support each other, learn from each other, and grow together as individuals and as a group. Join us in reading and discussing “Who Ordered This Truckload of Dung”, by Ajahn Brahm. Engage in a thoughtful conversation about how this book can be applied to our daily recovery.

Expression Connection is a recovery-focused class that uses creative expression—like writing, art, music, and movement—as tools for healing, self-discovery, and connection. Unlearn and overcome unwanted behaviors and mindsets with SMART Recovery. SMART Recovery is an evidence-informed approach to overcoming unwanted thoughts, urges, and behaviors and leading a balanced life. SMART is stigma-free and emphasizes self-empowerment. SMART Recovery is a science-based recovery group that empowers individuals to overcome addictive behaviors through self-directed change. Using tools grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, participants build motivation, manage urges, develop healthy coping strategies, and create balanced lives—one SMART step at a time. A time for LGBTQIA+ to come together with their group and support each other, learn from each other, and grow together as individuals and as a group. Discuss different forms of wellness planning and how to make them including WRAP, 8 Dimension of Wellness Planning, 3Ps, and working on our wellness and coping toolboxes. |
