Explore your thoughts and feelings through poetry. This class will explore different styles and forms of poetry together
Seeking Safety
This is a 10-week structured course that can count toward CPSS certification or recertification. It is based on support specifically for veterans who are experiencing difficulties around addiction and PTSD. We have found that some of the chapter topics are conducive to our journeys through recovery.
Purple Ribbon
A safe and supportive space for survivors and those impacted by domestic violence. The Purple Ribbon Club provides a judgment-free environment to share experiences, gain strength, and find healing among those who understand.
Yoga
Yoga is a gentle, mindful way to get in touch with our bodies and release long-held tension. Come join us for yoga to explore how mindful movements and breathing can be a part of your wellness journey!
Channeling Your Tides
Learn how to navigate difficult and strong emotions like anger, fear, and anxiety without shame or stigma. This class focuses on coping skills to help us understand our emotions and use their power in our wellness journeys.

Let’s Get Physical is a wellness class that helps you stay active and supports your health during your recovery. It includes simple movement, stretching, and light activites to boost both your body and mood. You will learn how staying active can reduce stress, improve how you feel, and help build routines.
Recovery Circle
Recovery circles are a space to be deeply known for who we are and what we’re going through. A space to celebrate ourselves and our journeys.

Looking for a new or better job? Looking to finetune your resume and interview skills? Come workshop your resume with us!
Four Agreements
Using a deck of cards based on the 4 Agreements, spend this class time discussing these principles for living a life of happiness and freedom.
Meet Me at the Movies
Using movies for mental health recovery involves watching and discussing films to explore emotions, coping skills, and personal growth. Movies can help individuals relate to characters, reflect on their own experiences, and gain new perspectives on challenges such as grief, trauma, addiction, or relationships.
Movie Mondays
This is a time for our cafe community to enjoy different recovery media like movies and podcasts to inspire hope and different ideas of how we can navigate our recovery paths.

Entering Another Dimension
In this group, participants explore different areas of life that impact overall health and recovery. Each session focuses on one or more dimensions—emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual—while offering simple, practical tools to build balance in everyday life.
Finding Your Superhero
This class helps students discover their inner superhero strengths for protecting their mental health. Learn powerful skills like resilience, emotional awareness, and positive thinking. Coffee Hour
Have an espresso or latte flavored with French vanilla, caramel, chocolate and a variety of other flavored experiences. Fancy coffee is part of the Café, and you are invited to put your order in.
Sharing Your Story
Come together to hear the journey that led us to recovery. Staff and peers share the hardships and miracles that lead to a transition to a new and exciting way of life. Come listen to learn what made us who we are and how we got there.
Roots of Recovery
A time to practice grounding and centering oneself in nature. This class is held in our courtyard where we practice different ways to connect and ground in the natural world.
Sharing Your Story
This is a hybrid class held between Raleigh and Charlotte HUBs to celebrate the recovery stories of PRN’s community. Each week a recovery story will be shared and celebrated over video with both HUBs.

Healing from Within
Healing From Within is a peer-led, trauma-informed wellness class designed to support individuals on their recovery journey through self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal empowerment. This class creates a safe, supportive space where participants can explore healing practices that promote inner peace, resilience, and self-growth.
Tech Literacy
Technology is everchaning and navigating the digital landscape is an extremely important part of employment today. This is a class for people to gain or relearn these skills in our computer lab. Capped at 5 people per week
Together We Stand
This class is a space to explore and support each other navigating our comback from incarceration and justice involvement. Led by peers and their lived wisdom of navigating these systems, this class is a space to discuss the way these systems impact us and skills to navigate them together and make our comeback
Crafting
Come explore new craft projects and skills with our team. Learn hands on skills and create things you can keep and use. Crochet, beading, button making, and many more skills will be explored in this class.
Robin’s Book Club
Join us in reading and discussing “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. Engage in a thoughtful conversation about how this book can be applied to our daily recovery.
Peer Leader Council
The Peer Leader Council is a supportive leadership space for committed individuals who want to contribute to the safe, consistent, and respectful nature of the recovery hub. This council is grounded in trauma informed values and empowerment.
