We assist with understanding the housing process, reaching out to potential landlords, preparing for move-in, and learning practical tenancy skills. Once housing is secured, we continue offering support to help you build stability, strengthen community connections, and pursue employment or education at your own pace.

Our team provides peer support rooted in shared experience, helping you build confidence as you navigate the housing process. Everything we offer is grounded in connection, choice, and respect.
