Through open dialogue, reflection, and peer support, Ashley guides participants on a journey of overcoming adversity, embracing growth, and reclaiming personal power.
Creative Self with Elliott
In this class you can follow along with a guided painting or other art lesson and learn that everyone can create with time. Experiment with new art ideas together and grow confidence and passion in your creativity while discussing how art can bring you closer to your thoughts and emotions.

The way we look at the world and ourselves matters. This class focuses on providing an outlook on life from all different angles to see how different perspectives can change our feelings. Learn to recognize your strengths, challenge and shift negative self-talk, and celebrate your accomplishments.
Rocks of Hope with Amber
This class paints images and words of hope and inspiration. You can create for yourself or spend time in pairs listening to each other’s stories and then paint a rock inspired by the other person, sharing about what they painted or the words they wrote.
Dopamine Dance with Xiggy
Spend 30 minutes shaking it out with upbeat music to end the week pumped up and in good spirits.
