Improv is an interactive and fun experience . It allows for creativity, quick thinking and humor. Come join the fun or cheer on the crowd.

Journaling with and without prompts, time to reflect on what’s going on, time will be given for sharing and discussion if desired.

This class paints images and words of hope and inspiration. You can create for yourself or spend time in pairs listening to each other’s stories and then paint a rock inspired by the other person, sharing about what they painted or the words they wrote.
